Curated by Dimension Plus, ProjectPlayaround ignites cross-disciplinary collaboration among performing arts and media arts communities. It aims to propel the local arts & technology scene forward.
Showcase: FIRSTAGE will be held over two consecutive weekends at various locations in the East Kowloon Cultural Centre. Eight local multimedia artist groups (four groups each week) will integrate technology, installation, sound, video, projection and movement to explore the boundless possibilities at the intersection of arts and technology.

* "To Needless Illusion" will present an approximately 1 hour live performance on 09-10 Aug (Fri-Sat) 9pm and 11 Aug (Sun) 8pm after the exhibition admission period. Tickets are sold at $40.
^ "A Very Big Instrument" will present a 20-minute live performance on 9 Aug (Fri) 19:35pm and 11 Aug (Sun) 13:35pm & 19:35pm as part of the exhibition.
** "Body Landscape": durational live performance throughout the whole exhibition period.

#"Afterthoughts of a Peculiar Dream" has the same content over the two weeks. Each experience lasts 15 minutes, and visitors must select a time slot when purchasing tickets.
- Visitors can enter the exhibition anytime during their selected session and must leave the venue at the end of the session. Upon arrival, please redeem your e-ticket for an admission wristband. Onsite ticketing is available if quotas remain.
- Some exhibits may have time and capacity limits. Please follow the instructions of the onsite staff for entry as directed.
- Concessionary ticket holders may be asked to present verification documents upon request by the venue staff.
- The exhibition session will be cancelled if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or the Black Rainstorm Warning is still in effect three hours before the start of the exhibition session.
- The presenter reserves the right to change the programme and substitute artists.
