The design of EKCC will be highly permeable and be connected seamlessly with the surrounding transportation nodes to form an elevated pedestrian loop – an Art Link. It symbolizes a hub for all, a chamber for ideas collision, in which creative sparks are generated and radiate through the ‘windows of art’ to the districts and beyond.
